Real Heal. PLLC providers are committed to reducing isolation, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, and complicated grief. In a private penthouse within a luxurious and secure quiet beachfront resort, we will explore the thoughts, feelings, and habits that no longer serve us. By modeling, teaching, and practicing mindfulness techniques for stress management and improved self-care, Kristina & Emma facilitate an inspiring group environment that embraces diversity, respect, compassion, and humor.
Kristina's fifteen years of experience supporting people with life-limiting illnesses, challenging family issues, grief, and loss has gifted her with a wealth of diverse knowledge she passionately shares with clients and professionals. Emma's master's degree and training allow her to provide consistent, collaborative, evidence-based care.
Join our providers on a 3-day Grief Healing Retreat in Cabo San Lucas that includes:
Daily individual & group therapy sessions for grief and loss;
Daily group therapeutic activities that are interactive and restorative at the resort;
Education on skill building and integrating your loss in a meaningful way;
Rituals, mosaic & art therapy supplies, and instruction included.

Should RealHeal Cancel the retreat for any reason, your $750 fee will be returned to you. Should you cancel your registration with 30 days or more your $750 will be refunded, should you cancel with less than 30 days notice, you will be refunded 50% of the $750 fee.

The San Jose del Cabo airport is located approximately 45 minutes from Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas.
There are no free shuttles, however the resort will make arrangements for your transfers to and from the airport if requested 72 or more hours in advance for a fee.
